UK National projects for recognition- NHCPs by Statute Emergency Services.

Work on Standardisation Statements for RCSEd - Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care.

Penthrox Analgesia program

It remains to say it’s been a fantastic journey from retirement from the UK Police service. The challenges my company faced against the Global COVID pandemic when we started Turret Training Ltd and then lost all the contracts…..have made it stronger more agile, leveraging the qualities and attributes with our Faculty developed over 3 decades from Statute Emergency services and Military….

“….Not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted' (attributed to Albert Einstein)…..” I’m no Einstein but integrity and experience does count.

Turret Training continues to build, developing new contracts both in the UK ,India and Middle East. With belief, resilience and just plain old fashioned graft the company and its reputation continue at scale.

I remain grateful for the tremendous opportunities and support afforded to me , my company and my team.

And we look forward to the next training evolutions and development of Turret Training with its International wing in the coming months.

This last month has been very productive for Turret Training:-

Meetings with UK Embassy

Abu Dhabi, UAE,

Delegations from Dubai and several federal officials across the various kingdoms.

Engagement with KHDA and other municipal government authorities.

These significant meetings have led to developing the RCSEd-Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care International projects for Non Health Care professionals.

Such events will develop at scale and pace with recognition by senior government officials & leading security and facilities management companies in the Middle East. This is testament to Turret Trainings commitment & capability in delivering credible and quality courses for NHCPs in the UK and Internationally.

Our portfolio continues to build , strengthening its presence in the UK with multiple international contracts in the Middle East.

With a strong foundation built with Emergency services & Military personnel from the UK, we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional Pre-Hospital Trauma Courses.

Ably supported by The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh- Faculty of Pre Hospital Care.

Our training syllabus are EDI compliant, support ESL , are innovative , integrating quality equipment like the Xtract stretcher system, TST and all backed by an exceptional faculty with extensive experience in trauma-related incidents , major incident management and high fidelity training.

With Turret Trainings concurrent activity, the team were back “into the office” in the UK delivering exceptional FAST Aid courses in London.

And more recently, upon my return , I found time to deliver another 2-day refresher program for NHCPs at Kings Cross St Pancras London and meet up with some of the Security Medics on duty this week.

It’s always a privilege to highlight the exceptional work they do in delivering professional prehospital care to the very people they are charged to protect.

Great examples include dealing with seizures, trauma related injuries and a serious fall from height. All with a positive outcome , due in part, to the great interventions from the Security medics whilst awaiting the medical professionals.

Well done KX and Bidvest Noonan. Always a pleasure.

This time visiting a regional Police firearms D13 tactical med training day.

Great to see these superb professionals demonstrating medical interventions and decision making under considerable duress.

Together with some peer reviews, the professionalism and integrity during the feedback sessions was exceptional. And then they go again…!

Thanks to Ben , lead Med instructor and NFI for the opportunity in supporting these exceptional professionals on behalf of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh- Faculty of Pre Hospital Care.
